Ulrich Stærk has performed at a number of festivals: in Helsinki, Glasgow, Arc-et-Senans and Paris. Ulrich Stærk has also premiered much new Danish piano music, not least abroad. He has recorded music by the 19th century American composer Louis Moreau Gottschalk and has appeared as an accompanist on a wealth of recordings.
