Ingemar Brantelid

Ingemar Brantelid was trained by Maja Vogl and prof. Erling Blondal-Bengtson at the Royal Academie of Music in Göteborg and Copenhagen. He had further studies with William Pleeth and Ralph Kirshbaum in London and Pieter Whispelway in Amsterdam. He is a solo player at the Royal Danish Orchestra in Copenhagen. Ingemar Brantelid has played all over Europe with ensembles like the Copenhagen Chamber soloists and the Salzburg Solisten. Ingemar Brantelid has received a large number of prizes, - like the Holger Brunsgaards great prize.
