Erling Møldrup

guitar
Erling Møldrup took his diploma in 1972 from the Jutland Academy of Music, where he now teaches guitar. He has had a long career as a soloist and chamber musician, performing in many countries. Besides an extensive classical repertoire he has in particular collaborated regularly and very creatively with many composers in Denmark and abroad, and many important works have been dedicated to him. He has participated in over twenty recordings, the most significant of which were the recording of Per Nørgård's collected works for guitar (1973-85) and a CD of contemporary Danish music, The Frosty Silence, released on the dacapo label (DCCD 9316).
